- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had this agency for years with no claim. Their customer service treats you fair. Problem was when i had a claim on my house, i found out that this agency added a depreciation for my roof without even telling me. I was then give 34% of replacement cost due to the depreciation!! Add the deductible and i lost A LOT of money because the information was not relayed to me. Jason acted like he cared, but when it came down to it, he didn't. He couldn't help me at all other than say that this is just how the policy works now. Understood, but shouldn't his agency do their job and notify their clients of a large change like this? You will hardly ever be able to talk to Jason himself. If you like to talk to your agent one-on-one, i would steer clear. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this agency. Every contractor and agency i have talked to said the same thing to me. "You're in good hands UNTIL YOU FILE A CLAIM." This agency has proven that to be a factBy Josh Huskins, October 13, 2016
